Welcome to the Support Center. This page applies to our Website (https://omegle.me) and our official mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the “Service”). The Android app, called OmMe Chat, provides access to live video communication through an embedded third-party service. The iOS app, OmMe Companion, is a Companion Safety app only and does not provide live video chat, matching, messaging, user accounts, or payments.

Our support team is available to help with technical issues, safety questions, data inquiries, or general feedback related to the Service. Support requests related to the Website are handled separately from mobile application support.

What is the Service?

The Service is an adults-only (18+) online communication platform available through omegle.me and the OmMe Chat Android app. Live video communication is provided through an embedded third-party service. OmMe Companion is an informational safety app and does not provide live communication.

Is the Service for adults only?

Yes. The Service is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. If you encounter someone who appears to be under 18, end the session immediately and report the behavior using the reporting tools available within the live chat environment.

Why isn’t live video chat available in OmMe Companion?

OmMe Companion is a Companion Safety app only. It provides safety guidance, platform rules, reporting instructions, and access to support resources. Live video communication is available only on the Website and through the OmMe Chat Android app.

How do I leave a session quickly?

Use the “Next” or “End Chat” controls inside the live video chat interface. Leaving the session immediately is the fastest way to stay safe if you feel uncomfortable.

How do I report someone?

If you encounter rule-breaking or unsafe behavior, leave the session first and then use the reporting option inside the live chat interface. Website-related reports can also be sent to [email protected], while app-related questions should be sent to [email protected].

How do Premium minutes work?

Premium minutes apply only to live video sessions accessed through the Website or the OmMe Chat Android app. Purchases and balances are managed within the embedded third-party service. OmMe Companion does not sell, store, or manage Premium minutes.

How is my privacy protected?

Live sessions operate through secure connections, and the Service does not provide public replays or archives. However, other users may record their own screens, so never share personal or sensitive information during sessions.

How can I delete my data?

To request deletion of data we control, Website-related requests should be sent to [email protected], while mobile app-related requests should be sent to [email protected]. Any accounts or data created within the embedded third-party live chat service must be deleted directly through that provider under its own policies.
