The Android and iOS apps are published under the name OmMe Companion and are Companion Safety apps only. They do not provide live video chat, random matching, user accounts, messaging, or payments. Together, the Website and the Apps are referred to as the “Service”. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About the Service
The Service provides access to live video communication exclusively through the Website, using technology supplied by CooMeet, a third-party service provider. Live communication takes place in the user’s browser within a secure embedded communication frame.
OmMe Companion for Android and iOS is informational only and does not include live communication or any tools to start or join live sessions. The Apps provide safety guidance, platform rules, and responsible-use information related to the Website.
We do not operate or manage the live communication infrastructure, user accounts, payment systems, or data stored within CooMeet’s systems. Use of live communication is governed independently by CooMeet’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- We may restrict access if underage use is suspected.
3. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, or offensive behavior.
- Engage in any form of child sexual exploitation, request or share Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or attempt to contact, involve, or target minors in any way.
- Share content that is obscene, abusive, or inappropriate, including content prohibited by CooMeet’s rules.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent material.
You must also comply with CooMeet’s Chat Rules, which define restrictions on behavior and content during live sessions. Violations may result in suspension or permanent access restrictions imposed by CooMeet.
4. Third-Party Services
Live video communication available through the Website is powered by CooMeet. By interacting with live communication, you accept CooMeet’s independent terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, moderation decisions, or data handling practices of CooMeet or any other third-party service.
5. Mobile App Features
The Service provides official OmMe Companion apps for Android and iOS. These are Companion Safety applications designed to support responsible use of the Website. The Apps do not provide live video communication and do not control how live sessions operate.

- Privacy & On-Camera Tips: recommendations for protecting identity and surroundings.
- Educational Safety Tools: checklists, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
- Support & Legal Links: access to Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion, Child Safety, and Support resources.
6. Intellectual Property
All design elements, branding, and written content on the Service are owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
All trademarks and software belonging to CooMeet remain the exclusive property of CooMeet.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding performance, reliability, or compatibility.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Issues accessing or using the Service,
- Technical interruptions or delays,
- User behavior or content within CooMeet sessions,
- Data handling by CooMeet or third-party providers.
