These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://omegle.me (the “Website”) and the official OmegleMe mobile applications for Android and iOS (the “Apps”). Together, the Website and the Apps are referred to as the “Service”. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About OmegleMe
OmegleMe provides access to live video chat functionality through technology supplied by CooMeet, a third-party service provider. The Website and Apps offer a convenient interface and additional features, while the video chat component itself is delivered through CooMeet’s platform.
OmegleMe does not operate or manage the chat infrastructure, user accounts, payment systems, or data stored within CooMeet’s system. Use of the chat is governed independently by CooMeet’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use OmegleMe.
- By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- We may restrict access if underage use is suspected.
3. Acceptable Use
By using OmegleMe, you agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, or offensive behavior.
- Engage in any form of child sexual exploitation, request or share Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or attempt to contact, involve, or target minors in any way.
- Share content that is obscene, abusive, or inappropriate.

You must also follow CooMeet’s Chat Rules, which include restrictions on nudity, sexual behavior, and offensive language, as defined in CooMeet’s own policies. Violations may result in suspension or permanent access restrictions.
4. Third-Party Services
The live video chat available on OmegleMe is powered by CooMeet. By interacting with the chat or creating a CooMeet account, you accept CooMeet’s independent terms and policies.
OmegleMe is not responsible for the availability, moderation decisions, or data handling practices of CooMeet or any third-party service.
5. Mobile App Features
The OmegleMe apps include additional features to improve user experience. These do not alter or control how CooMeet’s system works:
- Refresh Button: restart the chat session instantly.
- Share: share the website link via supported apps.
- Settings Panel: access Support, Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Deletion, and Child Safety.
- Dark Mode: improved comfort for low-light conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All design elements, branding, and written content on OmegleMe are owned by or licensed to OmegleMe. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
All trademarks and software belonging to CooMeet remain the exclusive property of CooMeet.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OmegleMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding performance, reliability, or compatibility with your device or network.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegleMe is not liable for:
- Issues accessing or using the Service,
- Technical interruptions or delays,
- User behavior or content within CooMeet chats,
- Data handling by CooMeet or third-party providers.
Your use of OmegleMe is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The latest version will always be available on this page.
